Our drivers are completely certified. They make an effort for doing their jobs and they enjoy their work. We constantly evaluate our business processes and we permanently strive to optimise our transport activities.

Flexibility
Flexibility is one of our strengths. Our new building has been designed in a way that our business processes will go even better. Our drivers can be reached for twenty-four hours during their rides, so we can quickly react to changes and unexpected situations.

Drivers in training
We offer future drivers from the professional training 'Transport en Logistiek' the opportunity to do an internship at our company. During this internship the drivers in training work four days a week at J. Middelkoop B.V. and they visit school one day a week. During these four days of working, the trainees gain practical experience.

They accompany experienced drivers during rides in the Netherlands and abroad, they assist during the loading and unloading of goods and they help in our garage, where the maintenance of our trucks and trailers is being done. The younger drivers learn much from our very experienced drivers, who are already in the pay of our company during a longer time. Because of this, our company has a good combination of knowledge, experience and young energy.

Auxiliary transports
We are highly concerned in the foundation 'Polen en Oekraïne'. Each year this foundation takes care of the transport of auxiliary goods to Poland and Ukraine. Every year we make available trucks and drivers to transport these auxiliary goods. During the year the auxiliary goods are collected, such as tables, chairs, beds, toys and clothes. These goods are for example given to orphanages and hospitals in Poland and Ukraine.
